Rewards- Terms and Conditions

General Overview 

•  The Rewards Points Program (starting now referred to as the "Program") is designed to reward customers for purchasing eligible products and services from Fairy Tale Event Collective. 

• By participating in the Program, members agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, which may be amended from time to time at the sole discretion of Fairy Tale Event Collective. 

 

Eligibility 

•  The Program is open to individuals at least 18 years old when signing up and who provide valid personal information. 

• The Program is limited to one account per individual. Accounts cannot be created or operated by businesses, organizations, or groups. 

• Membership is non-transferable, and rewards are only issued to the registered member. 

• This Loyalty Programme is only applicable to events in NSW, Australia. 

 

Earning Rewards Points 

• Rewards points are earned on the purchase of eligible products or services. The number of points earned per dollar spent may vary based on promotions and offers. 

• Points cannot be earned on certain purchases, including but not limited to: 

• Transactions made using gift cards, store credits, or reward vouchers. 

• Taxes, delivery charges, and charity donations. 

• Promotional or bonus points may be offered during special campaigns, subject to additional terms and conditions. 

• Points will be credited to your account within 30–60 days of the qualifying purchase, provided that the invoice has been fully paid. 

• To start earning points, you must sign up on the website. Benefits are exclusive to members. 

 

Redemption of Rewards Points 

• Points can be redeemed for eligible rewards, products, or services as outlined by Fairy Tale Event Collective. 

• A minimum purchase may be required to redeem points. The current minimum is $100 or as specified in promotional terms. 

• Points cannot be exchanged for cash and may not be transferred or sold to another individual. 

• Only one reward voucher can be used per transaction. Rewards cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions. 

• Points are awarded to the individual whose name appears on the invoice. 

• Points earned at one event can only be used at a subsequent event. 

 

Point Expiry 

• Rewards points will expire after 36 months of inactivity. Inactivity is defined as no points earned or redeemed during this period. 

• Once points expire, they cannot be reinstated. 

Changes to the Program 

• Fairy Tale Event Collective reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program, including altering point values, redemption rules, or eligibility criteria, at any time. Fairy Tale Event Collective will give members at least 30 days notice of any change that materially affects their accrued points or benefits. 

• If any changes are made that significantly affect members, Fairy Tale Event Collective will notify participants via email or by posting an update on the Program’s website. 

 

Fraud, Abuse, and Termination 

• Any fraudulent activity, abuse of the Program, or violations of these Terms and Conditions may result in the suspension or termination of your account and forfeiture of any accumulated points. 

• Fairy Tale Event Collective reserves the right to cancel membership or revoke points at its discretion for any reason, including misuse of the Program. 

• No Rewards points will be awarded if the eligible product is cancelled, refunded, or returned. 

• If you choose to discontinue your participation, your rewards will no longer be available. 

 

Privacy and Data Usage 

• By  joining the Program, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data by Fairy Tale Event Collective for the purpose of administering the Program. 

• Fairy Tale Event Collective may use this data to understand your preferences, offer relevant rewards, and send promotional information. Your information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. 

• Personal information is handled in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles, to the extent they apply to Fairy Tale Event Collective. You may opt out of promotional communications at any time by using the unsubscribe link provided or by contacting info@fairytaleeventcollective.com, and may request access to or correction of your personal information by contacting the same address. 

 

Liability and Disclaimer 

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fairy Tale Event Collective shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising from participation in the Program. 

• Fairy Tale Event Collective is not responsible for any technical or system failures that may affect your ability to earn or redeem points. 

• Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law, or any other right that cannot lawfully be excluded, and our liability is limited to the fullest extent the law allows.

Governing Law 

• These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of NSW, Australia. Any disputes arising from the Program shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales, Australia.
